Position: IT Supervisor (Recent Job)

Intermediate knowledge of hardware, software, data, and/or network principles and systems related to the assigned area of responsibility
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and best practices as they relate to service level agreements, metrics, customer interaction, and request fulfillment
Basic knowledge of personnel and human resources management best practices as they relate to talent management
