Position: IT Assistant (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Analysis of defective units and test results to determine the cause of failure
• Provide step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue easily and efficiently
• Configure/Troubleshooting of computer/server/network problem of windows environments
• Tests on equipment afterward to ensure it's working effectively before returning to the user
• To handle new pieces of equipment or computer hardware and software, such as printers, email systems, and word processing applications
• Create documentation and guidelines on how to use different types of hardware and software
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues related to CC Camera
