  • Follow up with overseas staff and with the customer and provide assistance to resolve queries.
  • Day to day activity of the operational processes such as payment inquiry, follow up, payment, emails call &pay.
  • Must be motivated to work under pressure by providing quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
