- Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
- Orientation of employees
- Training and Development
- Carrying out routineĀ tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Handling performance management of the staff
- Develop performance plans for the employees
- Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
- Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
- Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
- Reward System
- Any other HR related matters that may arise
