Job Description
- Talent Acquisition: This includes developing job description, specification, preparing job adverts, posting vacancy, short-listing, interviewing and selecting final candidates.
- Employee Administration: from on-boarding to exit, which includes induction, orientation, clearance process and other exit formalities.
- Performance Appraisal: preparing KPIs, conducting appraisal process which may leads to salary increment, promotion and employment extensions.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: from preparing the summary attendance sheet for monthly payroll to insurance claims, updates and SSF related jobs.
- HRIS Management
- Proper Documentation and book keeping of all the employees’ record.
- Employee Counselling
Job Specification
- MBA Graduates preferred
- Minimum 2 years of years of working experience on relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and familiar with labor law.
- Must be people oriented and result driven
- Should be proficient in computer skills
