Job Description
  • Talent Acquisition: This includes developing job description, specification, preparing job adverts,   posting vacancy, short-listing, interviewing and selecting final candidates.
  • Employee Administration: from on-boarding to exit, which includes induction, orientation, clearance process and other exit formalities.
  • Performance Appraisal: preparing KPIs, conducting appraisal process which may leads to salary increment, promotion and employment extensions.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: from preparing the summary attendance sheet for monthly payroll to insurance claims, updates and SSF related jobs.
  • HRIS Management
  • Proper Documentation and book keeping of all the employees’ record.
  • Employee Counselling
Job Specification
  • MBA Graduates preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of years of working experience on relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and familiar with labor law.
  • Must be people oriented and result driven
  • Should be proficient in computer skills
