Job Description
  • Upgrade our recruiting process internally and externally, implementing new structures and processes as needed
  • Oversee our team of Recruiting Coordinators and prioritize their day to day activities
  • Work at the ground level with the team and assess their daily challenges, implement solutions-based processes
  • Spearhead new initiatives and maintain and improve recruiting programs such as but not limited to documentation, employment branding, candidate experience, relocation guide, etc
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • B2+ fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous working experience in recruitment/HR
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Well-organised, able to work to deadline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Previous experience/cooperation with foreign companies is preferred
