Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing HR Plans and Policies of the Company as per current acts, laws, and regulations
- Developing employee KPIs in coordination with Management and tracking employee performance against them
- Coordinating and overseeing the performance review process
- Preparing the job description for each job position
- Recruitment and selection of employees in a time-bound manner as per organizational requirements
- Developing and implementing the reward | compensation system for employees
- Preparing employment contracts
- Maintaining and updating personal records of employees
- Maintaining leave and attendance records
- Prepare the Salary Sheet each month using the Payroll Software every month
- Ensuring employee salaries are paid out in a timely manner
- Handling employee grievance in a timely manner and resolving them satisfactorily
- Identifying training requirements, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees
- Establishing a proper organizational structure
