Job Description
  • Identify training needs by evaluating, strengths and weakness of the candidates
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom candidates for their desired position
  • Develop or oversee the production of trainings handouts, instructional materials & manuals
  • Deliver training courses
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in training & development of hospitality
  • Harmonizing to the recruitment & Ticketing Team
  • Supporting the recruitment team in grooming, prescreening & Briefing candidates 
  • Reports to management immediately any trouble observed by yourself
Job Specification
  • Proven work experience as a training manager 
  • Masters in Hospitality and other field will be preferred
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs 
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the- job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively 
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals 
  • Good computer and database skills
