Job Description
- Developing and modifying tour package and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups.
- Handling holiday information desk and dealing with clients with required tour packages
- Interface directly with clients to resolve related issues and answer questions, so effective customer service skills are a necessity
- Successfully plan every aspect of a tour, from charter vehicles to attraction tickets, so the group must be highly organized when it comes to logistics planning
- Full coordination with ticketing and operation department to develop, deliver and operate a tour package
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor's Degree in any descipline
- Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must have an outgoing, confident and energetic personality
- Must hve good presenting, listening and negotiation skills
- Must have good business awareness and selling skills
