Handle phone calls courteously and efficiently

Set the Team Target and achieve the target

Encourage and help team players to achieve the set target

Give customers requested travel itineraries ensuring that details are correct and as requested

Attend to customers’ needs and providing them with solutions

Work with various portals and inventory systems to find and pass on the best deals

Experience in selling outbound holidays
