Job Description
- Supervise the development of Semester operations plan/priorities, operation calendar and budget of the respective Sections and Units, and conduct periodic team review
- Supervise the timely implementation of activities as per college Operation Calendar, track the progress, and provide necessary inputs for completion in compliance with calendar and the Finance policy
- Supervise the functions of administration, accounts, procurement, facility management, store and canteen of the college
- Review existing Human Resource policies and procedures, identify gaps, and suggest for improvement along with draft policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Principal, Academic Advisors, and Heads of the Department/Coordinators to implement Human Resource policies and procedure
- Oversee the need of goods and services, and maintain supply-chain in line with procurement policy and procedure
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation and availabilities of facilities including their services and qualities in the college premises
- Participate in high-level strategic review meetings with Chairperson, Director(s), Principal, and Academic/Strategy Advisors
- Represent college at relevant meetings within college and outside
- Provide regular updates to Principal on college operations
- Review Section’s and Unit’s Monthly Report (Plan and Progress Update) and prepare periodic reports
Job Specification
- Prior work experience in school/college (with teachers, administrators and Universities/board) or service sector institutions
- Successful in working and building relationships with team
- Require nominal direction, and work well independently and in a team
- Skills to coordinate/collaborate with multiple departments/sections/units
- Effectiveness in working on maintaining high quality work and low overhead
- Proven track record of achieving results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take self-initiative

- High level of personal and professional integrity and strong professional ethics
- Professional experience in general administration/operations, business administration/ management, and/or human resources
- Prior work experience in school/college or service sector institutions is preferred
