Job Description
As Kitchen instructor you will be responsible for both academic as operational management of the kitchen program, including:
- Teaching and training of theory and practice
- Maintaining consistent quality on operational level
- work according to set safety and hygiene rules
- Coach, grade and evaluate students progress
Other Specification:
We are looking for a kitchen instructor with the following qualifications and competencies:
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a 3-5 star hotel. International experience will be preferred
- Knowledge of continental and Nepali food
- Knowledge of Bakery
- Minimum Diploma in culinary arts or hospitality management (Bachelor degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility and must be patient when needed,must be strict when needed
- Can work with strict deadlines and has a flexible working hours mentality
