Job Description

• Formulating agri-lending strategy
• Market scoping
• Identifying & developing innovative value chain financing models
• Devising required actions plans, product papers/manuals/guidelines, scoring models and creating sizeable agriculture portfolio​

Job Specification

•  Master’s Degree from recognized university
• At least six, seven and eight years of experience in rural and agricultural lending in developing countries for applying to Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager level respectively.
