Job Description
- Create a positive learning environment to adequately communicate lessons.
- Keep interest in teaching.
- To meet every class session promptly and ready for that sessions instruction.
- Coordination and implementation of instruction in an orderly and professional manner.
- Delivers classes as per syllabus.
- Assesses the training.
- Makes training materials.
- Gives feedback to learners and management.
- Designs new training programs in order to improve the training efficiency.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
- Proven graphic design experience of at least 2 years
- Strong portfolio of creative and publications
- Sound Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign (know how on all 3 software are a must)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
