  • Handle all telephone call
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails of the office
  • Handle all the visitors
  • Assist the manager and academic counselor in day to day activities
  • Maintain a register of resource persons
  • Support in the day to day administration of the office
  • Coordinate for procurement and services required for the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Should have excellent Communication Skills
  • Should have knowledge of drafting letter, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
