Job Description
  • Handle all telephone call
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails of the office
  • Handle all the visitors
  • Assist the manager and academic counselor in day to day activities
  • Maintain a register of resource persons
  • Support in the day to day administration of the office
  • Coordinate for procurement and services required for the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Job Specification
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language
  • Good looking, smart, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email
  • Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Should have excellent Communication Skills
  • Should have knowledge of drafting letter, documentation and record keeping
