Job Description
• To assist existing responsibilities of Senior Officers of respective Departments
• Purchasing and Sales
• To keep records of payables and receivables and take needful actions
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

Job Specification
• Good knowledge of Excel, Tally and accounting software
• Should have good command over Nepali and English
• Must be comfortable in using in Ms-Excel and Ms-Word
• Should be able to work under pressure
