Job Description
  • Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of firms
  • Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and boards of directors
  • Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis
  • Communicate with stockholders and other investors to provide information, and to raise capital
  • Perform complex financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor Finances associated with business operations
  • Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
  • Perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, Equivalent Annual Cost (EAC’s), revenue analysis, and variance analysis
  • Support the International and External Reporting function including independent audits, tax return preparation, and Bank covenant compliance
  • Manage accounting policies and procedures addressing: internal controls; planning, and ongoing registered Investment Advisor reporting
  • Collect and review financial data from various sources
  • Assess financial business process internal controls to determine the Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE)
  • Provide recommendations to improve the operating effectives of internal controls
  • Perform other project specific tasks as required
  • Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generate various financial reports as required
  • Identify problems and works to resolve them as well as to prevent future problems
Job Specification
  • Should have completed CA or MBA degree (with Finance as specialization) with 6-7 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to make informed decisions, manage workload, and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business partners by building personal credibility and trust
  • Proficient knowledge MS office – Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, Email, Internet
  • Able to deliver detailed instruction to the relevant teams
