Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

Overall responsible to ensure functional, effective & efficient financial management of the programme with accounting & financial system and timely preparation and submission of reports to donor. This position holder will be working closely with organization’s Finance, Logistics and Program Team to run the smooth operations of accounting and financial management. Ensure KIRDARC’s and Plan’s policies, guidelines, International & National Accounting Standards. Monitor and report Budget vs. Actual expenditure to concern budget holder for review and further adjustment Maintain safe and proper filling of voucher, monthly financial report, bank reconciliation statement, and data backup for auditing and further requirement Prepare Monthly, Semi Annual Financial report and submit to Line Manger. Present Periodic Financial reports to management meetings, Board Meeting and Review meetings to support in effective management decisions.  

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business management. At least 3 years of work experience in similar position. Working experience in FAMAS or any accounting software Working experience with donor agencies. Sound knowledge in MS Excel and MS Package. Logistics and Program understandings and communication skills, willingness to travel and stay in rural areas.
