Position: Fertilizer Quality Controller (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Maintain fertilizer quality as per Nepal government standard or higher.
• Ensure quality control of fertilizer.
• Manage fertilizer production activities.
• Housekeeping and hygienic conditions to be maintained within the laboratory.
• Research and development of new product related to organic solid and liquid fertilizer.
• Co-ordination with sales department for sale of fertilizer.

Responsibilities:

• Fertilizer Production with high nutrients value.
• Responsible for daily production targets and bagging.
• Operations of decanter windrow composting and bagging unit.
• Training to farmer for use of organic fertilizer and liquid fertilizer.
• Plan, communicate and co-ordinate with Nepal Government certified fertilizer testing laboratories for periodic testing of our fertilizer to ensure the quality of the fertilizer.
