Job Description

Digital marketing managers are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services. Their duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.
 

Responsibilities:

  •     Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  •     Design, build and maintain a social media presence.
  •     Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  •     Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  •     Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  •     Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  •     Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  •     Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  •     Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
  •     Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  •     Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

Education Level     :     Bachelor
Experience Required     :     More than or equals to 1 year


Other Specification

  •     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proven working experience in the digital marketing industry
  •     Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  •     Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  •     Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Hootsuite, etc.)
  •     Working knowledge of ad serving tools with experience in setting up & optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
