SEO

  1. On-Page Optimization
    1. Internal link building
    2. Meta tagging with target keywords
    3. Work with the team to help eliminate UI/UX errors
    4. Work with the team to improve website interface
    5. Content enchainment of all the websites – Provide search terms to the content writers / Apply content provided by content writers.
    6. Maintain website size
  2. Content Marketing
    1. Blogging
      1. Maintain a blog on the website – Apply content provided by content writer
      2. Create a manage 3rd party blogs – Reapply website blog content provided by content writer
      3. Work with the creative team for video series and information
        1. Use the videos and transcripts provided by the creative team to create a new blog post.
    2. Content Curation
      1. Curate and share blog via different social media and social bookmarking
        1. Use different curation sites
    3. Email Marketing
      1. Design & Run email marketing campaigns - Mailchimp
        1. Work on the contents provided by the centers

Social Media Marketing

  1. Maintain groups Facebook business manager
  2. Oversee groups (centers) Facebook/Instagram pages & ad accounts
  3. Make sure there are a unique post every day in all the center's social platform to increase engagements
  4. Help upload videos and blogs provided by centers and creative teams
  5. Create & Manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
    1. Generate leads and website conversion and send them to the sales & marketing team.
  6. Maintain Malvern International PLC YouTube channel
    1. Help upload videos provided by the creative team and centers
  7. Maintain online sheets and track all the enquires generated from the social media
  8. Help and work with the creative team to create graphics and design components for adverts.

Search Engine Marketing

  1. Create and maintain google ads for all the centers
  2. Research on target keywords and reach volume
  3. Work with the centers on budget and target audiences
  4. Help increase Impression, CRT and web conversion and lead via ads
  5. Notify centers if there are any issues with the ad accounts

Website & IT

  1. Improve the website interface
  2. Eliminate UI/UX errors in any, Minor website tweaking
  3. Update & edit website content as per instruction from centers
  4. Create new pages on the website with reference to wireframes and content provided by the centers
  5. Work with the creative team in Singapore to create graphics and design components for website
  6. Keep track of Domain, Servers, SSL expiry dates of all the center's website
  7. Help migrate and back up a website if needed
  8. Be in touch with the host and resolve issues in the websites if any (speed, maintained, etc)
  9. Maintain groups office 356 service plans
    1. Share Folder & Shar Point Management
    2. Email Management for the group
    3. Keep track of office 365 licenses and expiry dates
  10. Create new websites upon request.
  11. Keep track of all the website inquiries of all the centers and maintain in an online sheet
  12. Monthly audit websites for any outdated information and information centers if any.
  13. Generate sitemaps on a monthly basis and update them on the website
