Job Description

  • Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages
  • Design materials using paper sketches and digital illustration software
  • Analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times
  • Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
  • Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept with good understanding of advertising campaigns
  • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
  • Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing officers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
  • Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
  • Approve all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
  • Generate ideas and make important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
  • Maintain the department's budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective
  • Work closely with other department’s mangers and officers to establish marketing budgets and marketing objectives
  • Other works as assigned
