A. Job Description for designer

No. of required: 2

  •     Attend initial client briefing meeting during the onboarding process to understand the clients and their requirements well.
  •     Study brand guidelines of respective clients to execute their work by following the same.
  •     Create Still Designs, GIFs, Motion Graphics & Print Designs as per the requirements of the projects/campaigns. Design Logo & Brand Guidelines for Market Fresh Clients (only when required).
  •     Regularly study client competitors and their social media pages to deliver designs better than they do.
  •     Determine color palettes, shapes, typefaces and patterns while executing social media creatives and supporting campaign designs (digital & print).
  •     Determine the message each design should communicate and explain the same to respective content creator and project manager.
  •     Efficiently communicate with the content creator or project manager for completion of designs delivering to the designers/clients.

B. Job Description content creator

  •     Research industry-related topics and keep up on social and cultural trends.
  •     Study the competitors and ensure our brand stays ahead of the competitors
  •     Create social media contents & multichannel marketing campaigns (online & offline) for the clients as per the requirements.
  •     Define the creative philosophy for brand. Create, plan and execute Strategic Vision of Clients.
  •     Conceptualize ideas, write ad copies, captions, blogs, video scripts as per the requirements, execute creative solutions for social media that consistently and clearly communicate the Client portfolio brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
  •     Regularly update and maintain the content calendars.
  •     Ideate, execute and iterate quickly with feedback from the team & clients.
  •     Coordinate with Project Managers, Creative Designers & other Content Creators to deliver the highest quality of work.

C. Job Description project manager

  •     Understand and inquire about the Client’s requirements thoroughly.
  •     Identify project objectives as well as manage all the aspects of the project like estimation, scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality and communication detail.
  •     Prepare and share meeting minutes to the team; Client after each meeting/campaign pitch/idea presentation.
  •     Understand overall client business objectives and key success measures.
  •     Communicate the Client’s Briefing to the Team and streamline the work of designers and content creators accordingly.
  •     Prepare Comprehensive Campaign Presentation to convince the clients and go to pitch the same to the clients.
  •     Assign everything with proper deadlines & guidelines to the team and share the same with the client.
  •     Coordinate and negotiate with the influencers, freelancers and production houses whenever required. Prepare their contracts as per the requirements of the project.
  •     Discuss coordinate with supervisor before finalizing budget and approaching the clients for each project/campaign.
