Job Description
  • Taking inquiries from Customers through Facebook, Instagram and phone calls
  • Booking orders received from social media in website
  • Addressing customers’ issues regarding exchanges, returns, etc.
  • Following up customers regarding order completion and also contacting customers who have not responded for the delivery attempts
  • Contacting past customers and passing information regarding new products, schemes, offers, etc.
  • Receiving feedbacks from customers and passing feedbacks to the management
