Job Description
- Formulate and implement Sales Strategy adding overall value to the business.
- Formulate sales best practice guidelines/polcies and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Implement sales routines and key performance measures to provide regular feedback on company's performance to key stakeholders with in the Group/Country .
- Implement and audit sales controls and systems to ensure optimum efficiencies and limit exposure/risk.
- Conduct performance management and development of staff including succession planning.
- Work in a team based culture accountable for overall delivery of the Nepal Sales and Distribution plan.
- Roll out Route to Market distribution systems and set up keu distributor models.
- Manage information system to enhance overall value to business operations whilst ensuring alignment to Group strategy.
- In store asset managment, drive in outlet execution, new product expansion.
- Build Sales Capability in terms of the Sales team and ensure comprehensive succession plannng.
- Plan and control annual budgets and monitor performance against these plans.
Job Specification
- Master Degree in Management studies.
- Strategic sales management skills with proven people skills.
- Leadership acummen and a progressive achievement through building successful teams by way of employee relation and motivation.
- More than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry, experience in CSD bottling industry will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the capacity of managing Sales and marketing in a leadership postion.
- Experience in managing lage and diverse team.
- A thorough knowledge of selling principles with working experience at international markets will be an added advantage.
- An understanding of organizational change processes.
- Proven high levels of integrity.
