Job Description

Position Context:

The position as a Compliance Officer in Carbonex Energy holds a major role in quality control as one will acquire to scrutinize and review job completion areas by setting standards on disclaimers regulated by government policies and regulations. Therefore, a compliance officer will be looking after all the files and documents received either from team associates or contractors to arrange, compile, and submit them to the energy retailers following procurements and procedures. Additionally, one needs to ensure that the finalized document is handled with attention to detail so that it will be a source of reference for future reliabilities to be safe and accessible for audit or legal purposes.

Work Type:

As a compliance officer, one will manage and handle files and documents received from contractors and customers to review and finalize them to submit to the Australian government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer details and documents after completion of a job(s) submitted by a contractor(s).
  • Ensuring effective completion of a job in the work field, and scrutinizing available documents provided by the work associates and contractors.
  • To provide appropriate suggestions or modifications on compliance programs on reviewing them on regular basis.
  • Analyzing and advising on internal as well as external risk factors on compliance and administrative areas of the lighting upgrades.
  • Adhering to implementing and operating retaliation-free reporting channels.
  • Overseeing and tracking compliance operations, including follow-up of documents from customers or contractors.
  • Keeping a track of issues and emergencies referred to compliance job role responsibility.
  • Verifying all contracts and procedures are in alliance with corporate and legal policies.
  • Performing other job-related duties assigned by team associates as per the availability.

 

Job Specification

Minimum a degree of Bachelors in Engineering with at least a 6 months experience, having the specific knowledge to AutoCAD.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and proficient use of AutoCAD software, and able to draw Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP).
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite.
  • Able to communicate with customers and contractors through emails.
  • Acquaintance with corporate practices.
