Position: Client Relation Officer (Recent Job)

Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU

Manage and enhance relationships between the company and its clients

Provide support services to the existing client base while ensuring high usage and renewal of Sparrow SMS products/services

Coordinate with Inbound Marketing team for activities related to events, campaigns and social media content related to both Sparrow and its clients.

Plan for and represent the company in various events and promotional activities

Plan for better user experience for clients

Supervise Inbound Marketing Officer

Coordinate for all campaigns for Sparrow SMS’s own services

Bachelors degree in management preferably with specialization in Marketing

Strong communication skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)

Excellent team player

Strong planning and time management skills

Good at taking new initiatives

Positive attitude and high zeal to learn

Cheerful personality

Core knowledge of B2B and B2C business

Must have a valid driving license
