Job Description
- Manage the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels:online and offline.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, product and operations teams to help devise, plan and implement successful and relevant marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Optimize these campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize acquisitions while considering LTV/CAC
- Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams
- Strengthen Daraz brand equity and positioning by identifying business development efforts and corporate partnership opportunities
- Full ownership of Marketing P&L and budget
Job Specification
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing with an e-commerce company or digital media agency, and at least 5 years working experience
- Have a blend of creativity, brand vision, analytical expertise, out-of-the-box thinking, and the confidence to lead a highly talented, collaborative team
- An understanding of PMO processes and communication, and an ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to implement solutions and execute campaigns
- Experience leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional campaigns, Public Relations, and Business Development
- A results-driven leader and creative problem solver, who takes full ownership of their responsibilities
- Strong contacts with agencies and media houses in Kathmandu
