Job Description
>
Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness & hygiene standards
Availability of raw materials and additives for the shift, Collection, delivery of samples, report analysis, verification & ensure results are within the standards. Minimize deviation in flavour standard
Ensure compliance of Health & Safety measures as per the company health & safety policy
Have an efficient liaison with other units of the Brewery
Carryout filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure
Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer
Coordinate preventive maintenance work and ensuring regular maintenance works of machinery and equipment in brew house and beer processing units in consultation with Engineering Division
Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement
