• Gather and evaluate user requirements from project manager
• Collaborate with team members to complete the assigned task
• Produce high-quality backend solutions with a well-structured and organized code 
• Properly communicate databases migrations and schema when going to production
• Create a JSON contract with front end team 
• Clearly communicate your architectural ideas to team members
• Stay up to date with new coding trends and technologies
• Write reliable code acknowledging security and maintainability challenges
