Job Description

• Develops a clear understanding of instruction, library, and Quality Reading Materials (QRM) program for the design and development of the process of instruction and library with the support from Officer, Design and Training

• Assists in instructional design, development and training package along with LM and Officer, Design and Training

• Assists to review/develop library management and reading activity package along with LM and Officer, Design and Training

• Involves in design, development and revision of grade 1 and 2 teachers guide (TG) and pupil book (PB) based on the contextualization guidelines/process along with Manager, Literacy (LM) and Officer, Design and Training

• Assists Officer, Design and Training in developing the student tracking assessment tools in close collaboration with Literacy Program (LP) team and FO technical team (2 times regular basis)

• Co-facilitates/facilitates the country level instruction, library management and reading activities training to the field team, PNGO staff and teachers
