Job Description
- Communicate with clients by replying their queries in written form
- Handle all aspects of client service and students’ related issues whether incoming or outgoing including follow up
- Update social media posts according to requirement
- Respond to social media queries with proper information under company guidelines
- Create periodic email newsletters for email subscribers with proper information
- Create copies to be used for company's promotional elements
- Perform reception duties as required
- Visit clients whenever necessary
- Visit and present the students inside and outside the office premises (in colleges) about the upcoming and promotional training offers and events
- Actively participate in team meetings( occasionally even in programs or workshops organized in weekend)
Job Specification
- At least a Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree from Management Background
- Minimum of a year experience as an administrative assistant is preferabl
- Minimum of a year plus experience in client/customer service
Required Skills:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Able to write letters/replies in a formal way
- Have a strong attention to detail and excellent organization and problem solving skills
- Able to create creatives and promotional elements
- Able to handle social media (basically Facebook)
- Time Management, Multitasking and Interpersonal Skills
