- Counsel the students with the best suggestion for their test preparation
- Suggest the right system to be followed for the best outcome for the students
- Delegating the proper job to the Jr. Colleagues for smooth operation
- Training colleagues in new changes in policies and new updates
- Maintain official timing properly
- Conduct a mock test for the students in exam and test formats
Other Specification
- Proven experience as a Counselor for 2-5 years in the related or relevant position
- Best Knowledge of preferred field.
- Proficient in English (Oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
