Job Description
The Full-Time Lecturer for Management or IT Programs at Prime College will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in business management, information technology, and related disciplines. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, student mentorship, research, and active participation in departmental and institutional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, industry experience, and a passion for fostering student success in both management and technology fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Management or IT subjects.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans in line with academic standards and industry trends.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including case-based, and project-based learning.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in business and technology and integrate them into teaching.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the college or university level.
- Industry experience in business management, IT consulting, or related professional fields is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong conceptual understanding of both Management or IT principles.
- Proficiency in modern technological tools, data analysis software, or programming languages.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
