Job Description
- Identifying training needs according to the vision of the department
- Map out training plans for corporate and business house
- Identify training needs for internal staff
- Recruit trainers
- Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate trainer’s performance
- Build monthly, quarterly and annual training program
- Present all the technical and supply training requirements
- Finding corporate, Internal and student training opportunities
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Track trainee’s payment, success and progress
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
- Have a program announcement marketing strategy
- Prepare and deliver training courses
- Prepare pass out trainees for placement and internship
- Attend conference related to training and development
- Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing and brand team
Job Specification
- Training Coordinators should at least have a bachelor's degree education in human resources, or a related field.
- An ideal candidate should have at least a minimum year of prior working experience in teaching or administrative role.
