Job Description
Traineeship Purpose:
The purpose of this 10 month (Dec 2020-Sept 2021) Traineeship Programme is to give the opportunity to explore and increase the potential of trainees by enhancing and developing their capacity in community-based integrated programs, organizational management, and leadership development within the working context of WVIN.

Based in the National Office, Lalitpur
- Admin & Procurement – (1)
- Finance - (1)
- Field Operation/Operation Management - (1)
- Sponsorship - (1)
- Policy & Communications - (1)
- People and Culture(Human Resource) - (1)
- Programme Development & Quality - (1)
Based in West Field Office Cluster, Dhangadhi
- Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning - (1)
- Sponsorship - (1)
Based in East Field Operations Cluster, -Bardibas
- Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning - (1)
- Sponsorship - (1)
Being a trainee at World Vision International Nepal means you will have:

This traineeship program is suitable for you if you have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any field of study and if you :

- Are willing to work with poor and marginalized communities in remote areas.

- Are willing to commit to a 10-month full-time traineeship program.
During the traineeship period, the allowance will be provided to the trainees to cover basic expenses.
