Job Description
- Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry;
- Manage the business in a sustainable manner that meets or exceeds agreed-upon financial and other business goals
- Communicate a clear direction to your team by understanding the business’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally so that your team executes all systems and processes to consistently deliver all products and services to brand standards
- Developing and designing flexible domestic and international tour packages by visiting destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest;
- Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
- liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients and making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements

Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelors level
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing
- Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
- Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required
- Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through the ability to diagnose and implement solutions
- Minimum 2 years worked experience in travel industry
