Job Description
- Relay food and bar orders to the kitchen and bar respectively
- Serve the food and beverage orders to the gaming tables and dining area as per guests order
- Remove and deliver the dirty dishes from the gaming and dining areas to the dish room
- Ensure that the gaming and dining areas including the furniture are clean at all times
- Replenish cutleries, condiments and sauce receptacles at the required stations
- Execute the orders given by the F&B Captain
- Provide suggestions to the guests about the choice of drinks and specials
- Provide information about specific beverages, promotions, reward schemes etc to the customers
- Keep track of the preferences of regular and premium customers, through interaction, with the aim of providing superior customer service
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the F&B Captain for process and service improvement
