Job Description
  • Handle multiple calls (outgoing and incoming)
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
  • Deal with clients, introduce products/services to clients
  • Send emails, bulk sms for promotion during campaigns
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to acquire & retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan for further sales.
  • Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Develop strong customer/clients relationships.
  • Investigate why customers are not purchasing and convince them to purchase
  • Able to work independently and in team
Job Specification
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programsĀ and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
