- Configures, troubleshoots, repairs and perform preventive maintenance, hardware, server and software systems
- Repair laptop/desktop/printers to the component level
- Assist seniors for the slot machine installations, relocations and conversions
- Ensure that all routine maintenance, repairs and upgrades to the electric gaming devices are done in a timely manner
