Job Description
- Communicate with product designers and developers
- Identify ways to minimize the use of technical instructions
- Curate, edit, and write documents for products and services
- Employ diagrams, drawings, and/or other visual media to enhance the user’s understandings
Job Specification
- 1-3 years of Experience in Technical Writing
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- Good Writing and Language Communication skills – especially in English
- Knowledge of technical terminology
- Standardize company processes across platforms and media
- Gather feedback and work to implement it in the process
