Job Description
    1. Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls
    2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity and more.
    3. Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
    4. Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
    5. Perform field visit to resolve the technical issues at the customer end when necessary.
Job Specification
