Job Description
- Help counselors and documentation officers on pre‐offer related documentation processing, compiling and storing works.
- Facilitate and guide the students with filling up of required forms and contract paper.
- Provide necessary checklist to students to ease the form filling up procedure.
- Co‐ordinate with the students for necessary documents as needed.
- Scan all required documents as per checklist for offer letter.
- Stamp, compile and upload documents in the relevant folder in the G‐ drive.
- Coordinate and facilitate University visits and various sessions.
- Prepare and disseminate departmental reports as assigned.
Job Specification
- Bachelors passed or at least in final years
- Prior experience of working in Educational consultancy preferred
- Good knowledge of abroad study related processing
- Good communication skills
