• Diagnose client's specifications, wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
• Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and Hotel accommodation, tours, transfer, etc
• Experience in selling outbound holidays

• Good Communicator with cheerful personality
• Excellent knowledge in creating quotation, travel itineraries and package costing.
• Knowledgeable in handling customers inquiries and complaint
• Knowledge of key holiday destinations is IMPORTANT
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills
