Position: Service Assistant (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Assemble, inspect, maintain and conduct repairs on scooters in a professional and timely manner
• Complete basic reports on scooters mechanical and electrical condition
• Provide feedback to operations teams on scooter reliability concerns
• Work independently or in a team  to accomplish deployment objectives
• Work in an environment with machinery and warehouse equipment
• Respond to requests from your manager and/or guidance from the Operations Specialist
• Ensure that all necessary reporting is accurate, complete and timely
• Work on a daily basis, in the indoors and outdoors, during all seasons
• Fix, repair and service the issues in the scooters of the customers and also stocked scooters
• Spare Parts Management
• Conduct Safety Checks on Stocked Scooters 
• Keep track of equipment required for service works and make a request accordingly
• Prepare various report as per Management requirement

Job Specification

• Good knowledge of repair and maintenance of Electric Scooter
• Sound Communication Skill with customer
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with a pleasant personality
• Good knowledge on Scooter Parts 
• Good Technical and Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
• Two-wheelers license holder
• 1 Year Experience in Mechanical Training
