Job Description
- Acceptance rate for each sprint should be > 80%
- Follows standard coding practices and guidelines
- Maintains 100% Testing Coverage of Requirements
- Minimum bugs for the sprint and review changes Maintain increasing trend of velocity
- Maintains proper documentation of the work on confluence as per team standard
- Participates in discussion during standup, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives
- Is reliable and dependable to complete assigned work
- Displays the implementation of the researched technology
Job Specification
- Experienced with Object Oriented PHP, MVC and development frameworks (preferred Symfony)
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and able to write and understand queries
- Experience with ORM, preferably Doctrine.
- Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS) and software design patterns
- Experience on API development and knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and Jquery
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with TDD
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Practices and Tools like Jira (preferred)
- Experience with Docker and CICD tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of LAMP stack.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of programming and software development experience
