Job Description
  • The position holder is responsible to oversee the compliance and requirement of implementing grants funded by Helen Keller Intl/ SP II resources and quality reporting in time; s/he will also identify areas where support and improvement is required and ensure follow up mechanism is in the place to meet and maintain the standard and operational efficiency of specific grants; responsible for grants management related work and as assigned by supervisor; requires frequent field visits to ensure field-based staff and NGOs have adequate support to meet and maintain compliance requirement.
Job Specification
  • Master’s in business and accounting or business management; minimum 4 years’ experience in an INGO on grant management and/or Finance & Administration in a complex budget setting and experience in financial monitoring, budgetary systems and controls with strong analytical skills; skills on QuickBooks/ accounting software, FAMAS Accounting software, excellent computer skills, advance knowledge in spreadsheet, experience with accounting and internal control procedures, subaward management and USAID rules and regulation.
