Job Description

•    Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
•    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and Meeting planned sales goals.
•    Analyze and investigate service complaints or report quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
•    Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
•    Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
•    Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new service.
•    Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals.
•    Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the service within your area is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
•    Maintains sales volume, service mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
•    Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
•    Carry out random quality inspections and ensure full checks are made on all remakes or special orders, etc. 
•    Liaise with the Service Provider team ensuring that all the schedules and records are updated accordingly.
•    Effective forward planning to ensure departmental actions under the New Service Development Process are completed on time and within budget.
•    Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
•    Maintains sales staffs work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
•    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
