Job Description
- Counseling customers about our products
- Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
- Conducting door to door activities and finalize agreement with customers
- Prepare customer service reports and follow-up
- Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned task
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbaly and in writing
- Has thick skin and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in a flexible schedule
- Possess strong work ethic and team playerÂ
- Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office Package
- Driving license and own vehicle is highly preferred
